Chocolate Crunch Dessert Granola{Heavenly!}

This Granola recipe is my absolute favorite from now on!

I didn’t eat it for Dessert but for a Delicious Breakfast. Breakfast to me is the only time of the day where I let myself indulge in a little more sweetness, but still keeping it Healthy 🙂 Since Breakfast is the most important Meal of the day anyways, why not make it the most Delicious one as well? It definitely puts a satisfying smile on my face for the rest of the day!

This is how I enjoyed this amazing Granola…

For my sister I made a Plain Greek Yogurt, Strawberry, Banana Parfait &Chocolate Crunch Granola Parfait, and for me my Green Breakfast Pudding (without the Chocolate Infusion), Strawberry and &Chocolate Crunch Granola Parfait. So heavenly Good!

This morning I used my last Chocolate Crunch Granola:( but I was out of Banana’s and Strawberries, so I just had to use Plain Greek Yogurt and Grapes…

And…

It still tasted Incredible!

Will make it soon again!

Lentils with Curry!

I love Lentils; they are delicious, nutritious and really satisfying. They are so easy and fast to make, I just simple add whatever seasonings I prefer the most. This time I focused on Curry.

I started with heating up about 1 tbsp of Olive Oil in a large sauté pan, added about 1/2 of a medium chooped Onion,  and let it sauté for a few minutes until the Onion began to soften. Added 1 tsp of Curry powder and let it continue to sauté for a few more minutes.

Added 1 1/2 cups of Lentils that I cooked and drained ahead of time, I made sure that the Lentils got nicely coated with the Curried Onion mixture.

After the Lentils were evenly coated, I added two chopped Tomatoes fresh from the Garden,  and 1 1/2 cup of fresh baby Spinach leafs.

I let the Lentils cook a little longer until the Spinach leafs started to get softer. Also I added Salt and Pepper.
I Baked some fresh Sand Base Fish Fillets with Tomatoes and Parsley, to serve on the side.

My Sister added a Slice of homemade Twisted Bread to her meal:)

And it was Delicious! My Sister and I really enjoyed our Lunch today:)

Peanut Butter, Strawberry, & Banana Quesadillas

My Sister and Dad could not get enough of this yummy Breakfast!

I used smaller Whole Grain Tortillas.

I used my favorite All Natural Peanut Butter.

Cinnamon and a little Honey:)

Breakfast Goodness!:)

Chicken, Broccoli, and Quinoa Casserole

This Recipe is so simple to make and so Yummy. My dad and sister loved it!

(My favorite Brand)

For the Cream topping I used Plain non-fat Greek Yogurt instead of Sour Cream, and had to use Kraft Granted Parmesan, I did not have fresh Parmesan.
