Cooked Lentils mixed with Left over Homemade Pasta Sauce (Diced Tomatoes, Red Bell Pepper, Fresh Kale, Fresh Spinach, Olive Oil, Coconut Milk& Greek Yogurt) , Diced Tomatoes, Fresh Spinach, Fresh Italian Parsley& Seasoning.

Wild Caught Hake Loins with Olive Oil, Lemon, Fresh Italian Parsley& Seasoning/ Baked in 400 degree F for 20 min.

Roasted Organic Brussels Sprouts& Beets with Olive Oil, Himalayan Salt& Black Pepper/ Baked in 400 degree F for 30-35 min.

( Now that I am Pregnant I try even more to get most of my Ingredients Organic especially when it comes to Fresh Vegetables& Fruits)
