Raw, Chocolate Chip, Chickpea, Peanut Butter Bites!

1 Cup Cooked Chickpeas

1 tbsp All Natural Peanut Butter( more can be added if preferred)

1 tbsp Oats( Optional)

1 tbsp Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips ( I used Ghiradelli)

1/4 Cup Almond Milk

3 Dates

Pinch of Cinnamon


– Blend all Ingredients in Mixer or Food Processor( it does not matter if the dough is a little bit chunky)

– Roll the dough into bite size balls

– Can be eaten right a way or stored in the refrigerator( I prefer mine cold)
