1 hand full Fresh Spinach 

1/2 small Avocado

1 tablespoon Soaked Chia Seeds

1 tablespoon All Natural Peanut Butter

1/4-1/3 of Almond Milk

Pinch of Cinnamon

Topped with roasted Sunflower Seeds and finely diced Walnuts.

*For Smoothie#2 the ingredients are the same, only substituted the Almond Milk with Plain Greek Yogurt, which makes this Smoothie really creamy& thick , like Mousse.
