“Cashew Blueberry Chocolate Protein Smoothie”
While in Colorado, we went to a Cafe called The Bean for Lunch, I got me a Blueberry Cashew Smoothie with Rice Milk, Cashews, Blueberry’s, Banana, and Hemp-seed Protein Powder.
It tasted amazing so rich and filling.
So I tried to recreate it here at home with a few changes…
– I added 1/2 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
-1 Scoop of Nature’s Bounty Chocolate Protein and Vitamin Mix
– 1/3 Cup of Cashews (soaked in water for a few minutes)
– 1/2 Banana
– 2 small handfuls of Blueberry’s
– blend it all together in a Mixer.
My Smoothie did not come out as thick and rich as the Original, I wanted it to be lighter.
But if preferred thicker; add 1 whole Banana( frozen), add more Cashews and Blueberries(frozen).
