Egg&Avocado Tacos{Lunch}

Egg& Avocado Mixture (for 2 Servings): 2 cooked Eggs, 1/2 Avocado Flesh, 1 tsp Lemon Juice, Black Pepper, and a pinch of Sea Salt. Mayonnaise can also be added but I left it out…

I used Multigrain Tortillas,  and added the Avocado& Egg mixture, Fresh Baby Spinach and Tomato.

Served with All Natural Sweet Potato Fries from Costco.
