Fresh Sand Bass{Fish}

My Dad’s friend has been fishing a lot lately, so our refrigerator is full of fresh Fish🙂

I love Fish it’s the only meat I’ve been eating lately.

After I washed the Fish I put it in the fridge for a few minutes with fresh lemon juice squezzed on. Preheated the oven to 400 degrees. While the oven was preheating, I layed the Fish on a piece of foil, with a little of Olive Oil drizzled on, added a few fresh Cherry Tomatoes and Seasoned it. I baked the Fish for about 20 min.

Served the Fish with  Green Beans (sauted with Onions in Olive Oil) fresh from the Garden and Potato.

The Potato and Fish also taste really good with Mayo with Olive Oil and cracked Pepper; has less Calories, is low in Fat,  and Sodium🙂
