Juice Detox Day 1

I’ve decided to do a Juice cleanse for 3 Days. I’ve been checking out many Healthy Blogs and found out that doing a Juice cleanse once in a while is really good for you, it cleans out lots of chunk in your body, and the fact that it helps you lose a few pounds isn’t too bad either:)

It’s also important to drink lots of water during the cleans and have a really Healthy meal for Dinner.

{5 Carottes, 1 Tomato, 1 Apple, 1 Cuccumber& 5 Celery sticks}

Half for Breakfast and Half for Lunch, if I get to hungry in-between Meals I’ll eat a Fruit.
