Breakfast for Me and Breakfast for Them..

For my Dad and Sister I made simple Scrabbled Eggs with Whole Grain Toast, topped with Olive Oil, Za’atar, Turkey Bacon, Dublin Cheese& Fresh Baby Spinach

For Myself I made a Smoothie with 1 cup of Fresh Baby Spinach, 1/2 Banana, 1 Whole Apple, 1/2 Tablespoon of All Natural Peanut Butter & 1/2 cup of unsweetened low fat Vanilla Almond Milk (any milk will do..)

I loved the thickness of the Smoothie🙂
