Zucchini Pizza{Yumm}

Found this great recipe and just had to make it, since I still had two large Zucchinis laying around in the refrigerator and didn’t know what to do with….
I did change a few things from the original recipe…

– I replaced the Morzarella with Irish Cheddar Cheese

– I first topped the pizza dough with  a little bit of Olive Oil and Za’atar instead of the Ricotta Cheese
– I also only used Whole Wheat Flour for the dough

– After spreading the Zucchini& Cheese mix, I topped it with Feta mixed with Garlic

…and Voilà

Soooo Delicious and Filling!
